PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between the seller (see Legal Notice) and any person wishing to make a purchase through this website, hereafter referred to as “the Buyer”. By validating the order, the Buyer declares that they accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation and confirms having the legal capacity to enter into a contract with the seller.

1 – PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between the seller and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this website. They prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; the applicable version is the one in force at the date of the Buyer’s order.

2 – DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The products and services offered are those presented on this website and accompanied by a detailed description. They are available while stocks last and as long as they remain visible on the site. In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the seller will notify the Buyer by email; the order will then be automatically cancelled and no payment will be processed.

3 – PRICES

Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding processing and delivery fees, which are specified during the ordering process. The seller may modify prices at any time; products and services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation, subject to availability. PRODUCTS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE SELLER UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

4 – GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

Online sales of the products and services presented on this site are reserved for Buyers residing in France, for deliveries within this geographical area.

5 – ORDERS

To place an order, the Buyer must follow the online process, which includes identification, verification and validation of the selected products or services, payment under the specified conditions, and final confirmation. Order confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledgment of full understanding. All data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction. The seller will send an email confirming the order, which constitutes acceptance.

6 – PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of order. Online payments are processed through a secure system ensuring that no third party can access transmitted data. Charges are applied only at the time of shipment.

7 – DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, within the geographical limits mentioned above. RISK TRANSFERS TO THE BUYER ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES THE SELLER’S PREMISES. Any claim regarding damage during transport must be submitted to the carrier within three days of delivery, with a copy sent to the seller. Delivery times are indicative and include processing and dispatch. The Buyer may cancel the order in case of a delay exceeding 7 days; reimbursement will occur upon return of the complete order in its original condition. The seller cannot be held responsible for failure to perform due to force majeure (strike, fire, flood, etc.).

8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Non‑professional Buyers have a seven‑day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to return the product (return shipping at their expense) for exchange or refund without penalty. Returned items must be complete and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. This right does not apply to unsealed reproducible products or personalized items.

9 – WARRANTY

All products and services benefit from the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In case of non‑conformity, the product may be returned to the seller for replacement or refund. Claims must be made according to the procedures indicated on the site, with justification and a copy of the invoice, within thirty days of delivery.

10 – LIABILITY

In online sales, the seller is bound only by an obligation of means. The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use of the internet (data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, etc.) or any case of force majeure. Product photos are illustrative and may not perfectly reflect actual colors. For clarification, the Buyer is encouraged to contact the seller.

11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is required for order processing and commercial relations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, such data may be subject to automated processing. Users have the right to access and correct their personal information.

12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of the seller. Only private use is permitted. Any reproduction, partial or total, of any element on this site is prohibited.

13 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
